To IEC members, World Congress delegates and attendees To all members of the Brazilian section To all members We attach an important statement by the International Secretariat on internal democracy and the debate on World Perspectives and the Brazilian comrades’ alternative document. The statement was read out today in the plenary session of the congress. This statement must be distributed immediately to all members of the Brazilian section and the International.
